Mixed rating - They sold me a top of the line Tappan unit, that turns out they were not certified to install. The guy they had install it told me he had never installed one before. They did an excellent job on duct work, I think the design was o.k., but ultimately, I have a unit that does not work all the time and requires that I kill power to it to reset. At the end, they installed a thermostat that was not compatible, that they had to replace, and then a humidifier that was not compatible;e , they also had to replace. then the unit had a faulty switch on the door that they took off and bypassed instead of fixing. This just confirms they did not have experince to install this particular unit. The unit mostly works, but often "acts funny" and needs to be powered off. For these reasons, I would not recommend them.
